One of DD's faves has broken. The stem or whatever it's called on the back has come off completely.

Is this fixable with something short of welding?:lmao:

Thanks.

You can repair the pin with super glue. Make sure to buy the type for metal to metal bonding. If you have the original stem, you may be able to reattach. However, you can also purchase replacement stems in the jewelry fixings area of a craft store -- like Michael's.

I have had an Incredibles slider pin that Dash wouldn't stay in his slot. It was still on the card, and I saved it for my next trip 3 months later and a CM in a gift shop replaced it for me no problem. IF it is a current pin, it can't hurt to ask, unless you personally broke it(then I would just fix it). I have to find 2 litte rings, my ds lost the rings to his hanging bone on his 102 dalmations pin.;)

Canwegosoon -- Again, Michael's (or similar craft store) is the place to get replacement links to reattach dangles. You can buy gold or silver, approx. $1.29 for a package with varying sizes, and enough to repair many, many pins. Needle-nose pliers to open and close the rings, and you're all set. ;)

One of the things we don't know how to fix is when the rivet breaks that holds the pieces together of a pin-on-pin.:sad1:
