PIN not available yet.

Just called to see if there was a PIN attached to my name or sister-in-law's. SIL has one for FD! Problem is, they say it's a future PIN and so they can't access it in the system.

Disney said for SIL to check her emails to see details. Guess what? She NEVER got an email! They also suggested to keep calling back every few days to check on the PIN code, that maybe they will be able to see it in the system on one of these future dates.

I'm excited about the PIN, but come on, don't tell me there's a FD PIN and that you can't access it!

Has this happened to anyone before??? HELP!!!! lol

let me get this right... you just call and ask if there is a PIN associated with individuals? I am new to this so be nice Is it sort of like 'if you don't ask you will never know?'

yes, just call the 407-WDisney # and you can ask if there are any discounts associated with your household!

Yes, you can call. It worked for us as there was a code associated with my wife's account. She hadn't received the email or snail mail, but the code was there, valid and useable. We booked, saved $1500 and a week later she got the email!

You need to have unique Disneyworld/Disney parks accounts for each person traveling in your party to increase your chances. There are several threads expalining this as well as a link on the touring plans site.

My account has never received a PIN and my mother in law has only gotten low value PINs for odd times of the year.

We got lucky with my wife's "new" account and took advantage right away!

Sounds like it is as they said, the PIN is not yet available.
Just have her keep watching for one, as they did not indicate when it would be available.
If nothing rec'd in a few weeks, call again and see what they show.
