pin for my mother

I just recieved a pin in my email in my mothers name for qsd until June, I don't understand how this came as my mother has never stayed in Disney with us, she came with us on our last trip but we stayed off site, maybe they have her name because she went on the disney cruise with us. I have been patiently waiting for a pin and I got all excited when I saw it until I saw it was in my mothers name. Well I guess I will just have to hope public free dining comes out. This pin is only until end of June and we are going in August anyway so it wouldn't of helped.

I just got a pin today in our friends name. I booked our hotels together. They were on their first trip since childhood and have plans on returning for at least3 years. I also get pin's in my Mom's name who went with us once. I don't get it. We go to WDW every year and no pin codes.
