Pin Codes and TA

Not sure if this has been asked recently (sorry if it has). If I call and get the elusive pin code that happens to be assigned to my name, can I take that pin and give it to a TA or do I have to book then and there with the CM that found the code? I am looking to book through a TA but want to see how the process would work (and if anyone knows a great travel agency to go through that would be helpful too.)

Honestly, today's don't see a reason to use a TA. You would have to get the PIN number and hope it would still work. Best would be to 3 way call the TA.

I had already booked through a TA when I called and found out I had a PIN. I just said thank you to the CM and had my TA call right back to apply it.

If your booking is handled through a TA they must call in and do it for you.
That's why we find it better to book direct. then we can call ourselves with any questions we have.
