We are planning a trip November 12-19 with my family of 5 and my mom. I just called Disney to check and my mom has a code for 30% off a room (up to 3 rooms, if I understand correctly). I don't know whether the code came via email or in the regular mail. I looked in her email and only see one Disney email, which is from 2010.
Because I don't have an email link, do I have to do everything by calling Disney? It would be much easier for me to look online myself and try to sort it out. Is there a way to call Disney and get the code and then put it in online? The cast member I talked to wasn't very helpful.
