PIN Code with wrong last name

I received a Pin Code in the mail. It is for the time we have been looking at, November. It has the right address and the right first name, but my last name is wrong. Has this happened to anyone else? Will they honor the Pin Code

Something similar happened to my mother. She received a pin code via a flyer in the mail. When we called to check on it, it was for a total different person even though it was addressed to my mother and at her address. I finally got a supervisor CM to call me and they did honor the pin code but the deal wasn't that great.
