pin code question

I probably didn't think this all the way through when I did it...in an effort to get a pin code, I set up an account under my pen name and separate email account. But since I don't use that name for anything other than writing, would I be able to use a pin code if I get it under that account or does your last name have to match what Disney has on file?

BTW, I did receive a pin code under my pen name but it is for the wrong dates anyway.

I don't have a lot of experience with this, I can only tell you about the situation I encountered. I called in a couple years ago to check for PIN codes and the CM found one under my maiden name at the address I grew up at. He was going to let me use it and we priced some stuff but it didn't work out for what we wanted. My first and last name were different on the pin.
