Pin Code & Free Dining Promotions and Crowd Levels

Just curious if the pin codes being sent out are during what would normally be a slower time of year. Are these available dates after the free dining promotion? Of course we will never know how many are sent out or used but just curious if all of this ruins the slower time of year.

I don't think it'll affect crowds much, as kids are just starting school and hurricane season. There are a lot factors that will still keep crowds low. I currently have two plans for my September trip, 1 plan if it does turn out to be high crowds and one with low crowds. I went last week of August last year and the crowds were very managble even with free dining and Little One's travel time.

We received a pin code yesterday for value resorts. The dates are all during free dining. We're already booked for free dining so it really wasn't useful for us.
