Hi,
I am so excited that I got a good pin code, but it has an old home address attached to it. I called CRO and had them change the address (name, phone number and email stayed the same.) She said she checked and the address had been changed, but when I tried it online, it still wanted the old zip code to use the pin code.
Will this ever change? (maybe it is delayed?) or will I not be able to use the pin with a new address? I really don't want vacation documents going to the old address, so I haven't booked yet.

I just went through this with the wrong name on my pin code that I received through my email address. I finally called guest services and they applied the pin to my name. Maybe you should call and book it through them and not CRO. They told me any change to your account takes 180 to go through!
