Pin code and club level

I was so happy to book my Poly honeymoon a few weeks ago with a great pin discount! After deciding not to do the DDDP, I thought we would try to upgrade to the club level. I just called though, and the cm told me that the pins can't be used for club/concierge level. Is that always the case when you book with a pin?

Not all views are included each tiome. Sometimes the campsites are not even included. So that very well could be.
Always a possiblity what is allowed is booked. But may be not even offered at all.

I've seen posts where others have gotten a CL level room with a PIN but as was mentioned sometimes only certain room types and resorts are offered or CL level with a PIN has reached capacity. Meanwhile, congratulations on your honeymoon at the most romantic resort on property, IMO.---Kathy
