All the parks offer Birthday buttons. You can also buy the Guest of Honor buttons at DTD and I think MGM.

The Guest of Honor badges are nice because CM's great you by name.

The Birthday button does offer a few cute things. Like CM's wishing you a Happy Birthday. Your phone call from Goofy, a magical moment on a ride.
