I noticed in another thread someone mentioned that CSR has new pillow top mattresses. Does anyone know of any other WDW resorts that have these as well???

The newly refurbished rooms at All Star Music have the pillowtop matresses.

All Star Music just underwent a refurbishment of all of the rooms and was completed in June 2007.

Here is a website with photos of the newly refurbished rooms at All Star Music.

Look at the Jazz Inn section with new posted:

We were at the BWV last week and I think the King bed in the 1 bedroom had a pillow top mattress. All I am sure of is that the bed was very, very comfortable.

The renovated GF rooms have wonderful pillow top mattresses. I thought nothing could beat the Swan/Dolphin heavenly beds, but the GF mattresses do!

Every WDW resort in which I've stayed the past year or so had them:
AKL
Poly
CBR
CSR
POR
SSR
CR

The only one I'm not sure of is BWI - our experience was so horrendous, I can't even recall the bed!

POR has the pillowtop? :cool1: I was thinking about moving to CSR for just that reason. My beauty sleep is very important to me. ;)

Yes can anyone verify that for POR as I am planning to bring a huge 2" thick pillow top mattress topper with me, and it would be nice if I did not have to.

Yep, though I wouldn't necessarily call it luxurious - maybe 1.5-2 inches of pillow-top. Let's put it this way, I sleep on a ridiculously squishy combination of pillow-top mattress, memory foam and pillow-top mattress cover at home and I was pretty comfy at POR!

ETA: How do I know?! I do the "bed bug check" upon checking in at every hotel - I get up close & personal with the mattresses ;-)

No question, hands down the Swan and Dolphin have the most comfortable beds on Disney property... the Westin "Heavenly Beds". Awesome. :goodvibes

Can anyone verify this? I've heard the BWI was slated for a rehab sometime soon..was hoping it would have happened by now.

I think the BC had them because the bed felt nice and squishy when I passed out on it every night.
