Pillow Pets

after asking for weeks and weeks what DS6 wants for Christmas, he finally decides today on a monkey pillow pet. Think yipee, how easy is this, I just saw a display of a bunch of them....hummm where was I, oh yeah it was the Southern Christmas Show 2 weeks ago (it is a huge christmas time "craft" fair type thing). But it is long over and I did not even give them much attention, no worries, good ol' google.....hummm all the as seen on tv websites are out of them, lets try amazon....ummmm $49.99 I don't think so. They should be $19.99. Anyone know of any stores selling these????
I would rather not resort to Ebay, not so much the prices there, but I have been burned once to often.

Actually the ones we got at the Christmas Fair around here are the knock off ones. Not Pillow Pets. But my kids wanted them and I had seen the regular pillow pets for $40 too. So for $20 I was good with the knock off.

Do you have a big mall in your area? Ours has a pillow pets kiosk that opens just for the holiday season. Maybe call the mall and ask before trecking in..

My larger Hallmark had them.

You could also check Bed bath and beyond they carry a lot of as seen on tv stuff I have not been there recently but it is worth a shot

To the OP...I am in the same boat!! Thanks for all the suggestions for checking Hallmark, BBB, ect....Our mall is pretty small, so I doubt we'll get a holiday kiosk with them. I won't give up hope of finding one...and I WON'T pay Amazon $40 for one either, LOL!!

These look similar to Zoobie Pets which I bought both of my DD's a year or so ago. Ours goes from a STUFFED ANIMAL to a PILLOW to a FLEECE BLANKET too. They are super cute!

They were pricey at one time but we got good deals on brand new ones on Ebay (I think around $19 each plus shipping). We have the Alligator and the Elephant but there are all kinds of cute ones to pick from.

QVC also sells Zoobie pets. I have the lion and elephant and highly recommend them. Great quality. They also make a smaller version for babies.

Thank you, thank you. I am saved! I just ordered the monkeys . . . not the one he wanted, but as long as he gets one for Christmas, we should be good!

I know . . . I ordered one about a few days ago when the out of stock note left Snuggly Dog. So, I thought I was in. Yesterday, I get an email that says it is backordered. There is no phone number to contact the company to see if it will come in time, so I emailed. My email was returned and gmail says they will try to deliver the email for 2 more days, but it is not being accepted! What the heck????? I can't take a chance that it won't come when it's THE top item on the list! So, if all come in, he will be getting 3 pillow pets for Christmas! LOL!
