I booked it one of my nights too. Besides PFTS, I think it's what I'm most excited for. Or maybe I'm more excited about Kouzzina. :confused3 It changes daily what I'm most excited about.

I know what you mean ... depending on the day there are different things that I look forward to, but I was very excited that they extended the dessert party through October. It's fun to be able to try something new and my friend at work, who attended one in July, said it was a very nice experience.

I'll post my dates over on the Bendy thread! :goodvibes

Congrats on booking the Dessert Party, B! :dance3: It was tasty! Plus, seeing Wishes from that area was really cool. Tinker Bell flew right over us! :tinker:

Hiya Michelle! We're are really looking forward to trying it and I think it will be a nice way to kick off our trip. SUGAR SUGAR SUGAR!!! And we haven't seen Wishes since ... maybe 2007 ... so the viewing area is an extra perk that we're excited about. :goodvibes

Hey Brenda! I'm so excited that you're doing another trip report! I love your writing!!!

Denise

Hi Denise! How have you been? Good, I hope! Don't be a stranger ... this is going to be a long, crazy, and I hope highly enjoyable retelling of our last WDW food hurrah. :goodvibes

You are doing the dessert party? Cool! Looking forward to your review :goodvibes

I thought about it for a minute but it's a tad expensive for us considering Rob is hypoglycemic and can only have so much sugar so I would have to eat enough for the both of us :lmao:

I still plan on meeting you in France before we head over to the MK ... I've got to buy you an early birthday squishee! :thumbsup2

Sounds good to me. I plan on getting the Grey Goose lemon-fresh Pledge variety.

"First we take chocolate...then we dip it in caramel...then we cover it in nougat...then we drizzle it in honey...then we dip it in sweet, sweet butter..."
"Uhhhhhhhhmmmmm. Butter."
The episode in which Homer starts a religion, I think. Hope the dessert event is all that and more!
Miri

We're excited to try the dessert party - by the time we get back to WDW after this trip they probably won't be offering it any longer and we love to try new stuff that just happens to involve food!

Rob probably wouldn't like it anyway ... no ice cream. :scared1:

That's my daytime / early evening squishee of choice ... I prefer the Grand Marnier for after-dark. ;)

:lmao::lmao: I will take lots of pictures and do my best to imitate Homer dancing around the land of chocolate.

Ohh glad I've found this!! Excellent plans!!:thumbsup2

Glad to see you've joined us! I was following your reviews even though I didn't post much ... great job as always! :thumbsup2

Serious digestive undertakings call for an equally serious travel mascot. Jay and I both feel that Plankton has played out WDW and has earned a much needed rest until we hit DCL's transatlantic cruise out of Barcelona next September.

Allow me now to introduce our newest, but still green, travel mascot given to us most generously by TheDISneyFamily last year ...

THE INGESTIBLE BULK!!!

You may be asking yourself, "Self, why is the Bulk propped up on a mountain of corks in front of a too small wine rack?"

That's a totally cromulent question.

The Bulk has great presence but can be a bit of a challenge to photograph. I like the image of him standing triumphantly on top of a vase filled with the corky leavings of many a tasty bottle of wine ... it sends just the right message:

WE SHALL OVER-EAT!!!!

At least you're consistent with your mascot colors.:thumbsup2 The Ingestible Bulk may bully you for foodies samples more than Plankton though.:scared1: But I'm seriously :rotfl: over your mascot. Awesome.

Sure... I wake up one day to a note from Bendy... :surfweb:

"Go live with Shell... they make cookies...." :goodvibes

shoulda realized that wasn't Bendy's handwriting...

Watch out Hulk... I've got more fluff space than you do for booze!!! :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

Brenda.. Love the Hulk Homer! :thumbsup2 He looks like he is lifting your wine rack!:lmao:

Do you have a complete list of what ressies and wine/food classes you are doing?! I was trying to see what day would work best for the Lapu Lapu drink around monorail in a pineapple bra day would be! :rotfl2:

:yay: 6 weeks from today.. it's my morning mantra...:dance3:

Too funny B. And not to worry, those pesky BOBers will NOT kidnap your mascot this time. We'll save that for the BOB2 cruise.

He's perfect for this trip. I mean come on, you made a button with Homer on it. ;)

I like green, what can I say. ;) We thought the Bulk would be a fun addition this October, glad you find him amusing. :thumbsup2

:rotfl2: Remember Planky ... you're the more gentle cousin of the evil Plankton who resides in Stinktown with Jay and me. Sending you to Chell was really for your own good.

Brenda.. Love the Hulk Homer! :thumbsup2 He looks like he is lifting your wine rack!:lmao:

I was just telling Jay tonight ... SIX MORE WEEKS!!!

What does your schedule look like on the evening of the 19th? We're supposed to have dinner at Il Mulino but are willing to throw it over in favor of a monorail drink-fest that involves pineapples and sushi. :lmao:

Too funny B. And not to worry, those pesky BOBers will NOT kidnap your mascot this time. We'll save that for the BOB2 cruise.

Hiya Goose! :)

It's true! He's the perfect mascot for so many reasons. :rotfl2:

YEA! 6 weeks! UGH! So close yet so far!:rotfl2:

OK! 19th ... We have La Crema at noon so we have time before Cal Grill at 5:35! Or .. after.. Because we were going to try and do late Magic Kingdom night but really..there are no drinks at MK! ;) So we could do.. what ever this day..Or if X & Y are "not being ... lets say uncooperative".. we could meet when you call and say " I NEED A DRINK STAT"! Which when we have taken people we wish we had the option of! :goodvibes

Well, let's play it by ear then. I like the STAT idea ... :rotfl2:

Drink Stat is our 2nd name to our friends "in need" :rotfl2: So that is good with us! Plus I had a great meal with my best-girlfreind at Il Mulino and would hate that you missed it if it is as good as I remember!
Lapu will happen!
