Well the meet was a great success!!! There were about 16 total folks that came by!! (I'll add pictures soon!!) I met Stacktester and some of his family and Piglet54 (and spouse) and and rbthnthschl and his partner. Also earlier in the week Tent Camping Mom and her family came by, and Lisa8200 and her family came by. From radp there was Randy, Jenn, Denise, Bruce, Jack, Kim, Brian, Sean, and Pam.

After the party, some of us wandered over to the campfire, (with a couple of bottles of wine in hand), and then wandered down to the beach for the fireworks and Electrical Water Parade!!

Thanks everybody for coming!!

That sounds like fun and I wish I could go! Will you be writing a trip report?

I've been following your Tab adventures on your blog and can't wait to read about your trip to FW. Is a tab the only tt FW will allow in a partial hook-up? (I'm wondering if they'd allow some of the small light weight hybrids that a family would only be using to sleep in)

This week there have been a couple of monstrous travel trailers in Loop 2000, a couple of large fifth wheels, and all sorts of smaller hybrids, popups, and next to me one really tiny fifth wheel and there was also a big Class A in here for one night. So I guess they are not being really strict about what can come back here. They have 50 Amp electric on the pole, so I guess if they are willing to live without sewer for the time and can fit without spilling into the road, it's allowed.

That sounds like so much fun. And I know the weather had to be better (warmer) than we've had in December the last couple of years. It's been downright frigid for a few of our campfire meets.

It's a shame you all couldn't have been a little closer together. Can you imagine if you, Randy and Jenn would have had campsites next to each other? That would have been a blast!

Not that I can tell on the camping loops, although I haven't made it over past the loops on "yellow" yet. They have had one cabin loop at a time closed since I've been here.
