I will be going with my family to Boma's for dinner in a few weeks and I have been looking all over for pictures and descriptions of their various and unique foods. But, the threads for food goes on and on and on and I am getting no where. Could anyone send me info on how I can get to what I am specifically looking for in the Disboards?

Thanks!

I understand what you are trying to do. I suggest you search through some trip reports to try to find pictures of food at Boma.

Another possibility is to search "Disney Restaurants" for "Disney Food Pictures...Part IV". Good luck.

Can't help with pictures, but at the top of this page there is a menu bar. Click on "dining" and find your way to the Boma page for some good info.

The most recent update in my trip report has lots of food pictures from Boma. Click on the link in my signature if you want to go there (last page).

This is one our favorite restaurants. Get there early to check out AKL.

DUH!!! It just occured to me that I could easily post this portion of my trip report:

We really love Boma. I have probably said it before- my only complaint is that there is TOO much offered. Delicious soups, amazing appetizers, yummy sides, exotic entrees, 3 choices of hummus.

I'm going to let photos do most of the talking:

Soups:

Here is a salad of Papaya, Avocado and Grapefruit. I am very adventurous, but this sounded weird, so I didn't get it. Mark tried it though and proclaimed that it was really good, so I tried some, then went up for more

Here's some shots of the buffet line:

We were satisfied and stuffed as we finished our meal.

Not to hijack this thread, but was I the only one that was under-whelmed by the zebra domes?

The soups are always great.

We just finished a batch of homemade Boma mustard. Love it and use it on just about everything. Time to crank up the blender again!

I was just going to post that it was something I was really looking forward to trying there! :)

Those pictures made me hungry!! Boma is a great buffet and has lots of different options for everyone - hope you enjoy it!

Yes and No. Didn't love them when I tried them in July 2009. I enjoyed them a lot more this year. Not sure why that is. But the passionfruit gelatin things were the best!

We love Boma! Been the last three years and going again at Xmas! There are loads of pictures if you click in to the links for my 2008 and 2009 food reports - I haven't got to Boma on this years yet, will do it within a week, but will say tthat the food was as good as ever!
