Today during my daughter's gymnastics class, I was talking to this woman who was telling me about a photo that her parents had taken while on vacation in WDW. It was on Main Street of MK, and they posed for the CM and were told to hold their hands out infront of them as if they were holding something. When they went to pick the photo up, there was Tinkerbell, sitting in their hands! My daughter would absolutely LOVE this, so my question is, do CM's take photos like this ALL the time? Can you request certain poses?

Our picture on Main Street had the characters (Mickey, Goofy, Donald, etc) hanging around the sides of us. I don't know how often they change them up but I do like the idea of Tinkerbell in the hand.

That would be a totally awesome picture. My 5 y/o DD would absolutely LOVE this. She is such a Tink fan. We will have to check it out when we get there in 10 days!!! Yeah.

Also, Holly Joy, I just love the pictures of you when you were younger with Mickey and now with Mickey. What a great memory!

Me and my husband went in September 2003 and we have the exact picture your talking about. It is our favorite and everyone who sees it just loves it. We are going again in July with my neices and that is the picture I want them to have. I'm not sure if you can request it, we didn't know until we picked ours up what the picture was, but I am definately going to ask the CM when we go. You would think they would do it if it meant a picture they were going to have a definite sell on. I hope you can get this picture it is the cutest one we got on that trip and we got one at every park. You will love it and I think it will be even cuter with a child in the picture. I am already thinking I am not going to tell my neices about who is in the picture and have them face each other with their hands together looking at their hands and to tell them to make their faces like they see something awesome in their hands and hope that picture turns out perfect.

There are plenty of photographers on Main Street that will take the picture for you. The usually take one of your family in front of the castle then do the closer shot that will have Tinkerbell in your hands. I just had one done in April with my two kids. My sister had one done of her and her daughter in Epcot with Socerer Mickey in her hands. I thought the Tinkerbell one was a little cuter.

Then I think I will definately ask when we go. If anyone is going soon, could you ask to give us a heads up? I won't mention it to my daughter.. don't want to get her excited and then have them crushed if they can't do it.

angbuz... thanks for the compliment! In the photogallery, I have a picture of me with Snow White and Dopey also! Ahhh.. memories!
