These aren't as pretty as everyone else's but here are a few from North Dakota a few weeks ago!!

0bli0 I always love your photos. The one of the huge wave crashing on the beach is awesome. You can feel the oceans power through the photo.
Geauga county..which is east of Cleveland, but west of the Pa borderjann1033 - where in Ohio exactly? I grew up in Kent. I'll be going back this summer for the first time since I left, 21 years ago!
Geauga county..which is east of Cleveland, but west of the Pa border. I think Kent is maybe an hr or so south?( or south west? ) we live outside of Chardon, in Hamden which probably doesn't help at all since Chardon is pretty little and well Hamden is kind of a drive through a stop light then a few feet of road kind of thing
Chagrin Falls has some cute houses...i'm always tempted to go take some photos there but not sure how many homeowners would appreciate it. I was attempting to take some of Morton Salt mine and salt hills in Fairport the other night but decided to leave after the police drove past, turned around and headed back in my direction, although it is right by the Coast Guard Station so maybe he thought i was a homeland security breech. guess I'm chickenSmall world - I know exactly where you are. I'll be visiting my cousin in Chagrin Falls, just 23 miles from you. My family comes from Mantua, another teeny tiny town directly south of you.
Is that glass modern looking building as big as it appears in the picture?? It looks like its almost as high as London Bridge but I'm sure it's just the angle. DH and I were in London in our early 20's about 15+ years ago and I'm assuming it has been built since then, it looks new and I sure don't remember seeing a building of that size when we were there, it almost looks out of place.
that is a very cool building. I was wondering what that was too. I got ahold of a friend who lives in London. He said that is the "Headlight Building". it is the government building on the Thames which houses the Mayof of London and his staff.
Yes, its basically the "town hall" - albeit a very grand one! The Mayor of London works out of here. Years ago the GLC (Greater London Council) worked from a huge building a little further up the Thames - the GLC was disbanded in the 80s by Mrs Thatcher, but Ken Livingstone, the GLC leader back in those days is now, ironically, Mayor of London! The old GLC building is now a hotel.
There are many new buildings with some interesting architechture springing up in our Capital. Im going up on Saturday with the children to the Aquarium for the day so will take some more photos!
