Picture transfers

I've been reading that there are places in the parks where you can transfer pictures from your memory cards on to a cd. Does anyone know where in the parks and how much it cost?

My SIL did that while we were there. There are Kodak booths throughout the parks. I think she said it was $12. She didn't think that was a bad price, but I noticed at home, local stores do it for $3.00!!!

It was 11 or 12 to put the pictures on a cd. To print individual prints it is .69 a print. I saw someone come into the shop and he wanted to buy memory card but even the salesman tried to discourage him and suggested he let them put it on a cd as the prices are outrageous for the memory

I think it is easier and probably cheaper to buy a couple of extra memory cards before you go to the park. There are a few people who were disappointed in what they got and the fact they were without their memory card for a full day while the transfer was being done.

Thank you all for your input, i think i will buy another memory card, sounds more practical.
