My friend and I want to take our two little girls to CRT lunch (we are going to Disney at the same time). The problem is you only get one picture package with a party size under 5. Obviously, we both want pictures of our daughter separately with Cinderella--how do we handle this? I've thought about making two separate reservations for 2, but unless we are seated near each other, it defeats the purpose of going together. Any thoughts?

We could make the dads go, but dh has been once and the other dh doesn't really care to go.

Two reservations for two might be tricky in any event, and you're right that there's no guarantee of being seated next to each other.

Some options:

1) Bring your own camera. While you only get one "photo package", you may be able to take separate shots as well, and print your own photos.

2) If you're doing Photopass, all of the pictures from the session can be added to your account. Time permitting, ask to have separate shots so they'll be available on Photopass.

If that happens to be the case, take scan the pictures when you get home and copy them. We got one 8x10 and several 4x6 size pictures. You might ask if you can buy an additional folder, but I bet they just give it to you. The photographer will also take pictures with you cameras if you want to get in on the act too. We did!princess:

I'd simply ask the CM as you approach Cinderella if it's possible to pay for a second set of photo's so each girl can be photographed seperatly...you never know.

Or just get a pic of the two of them and scan it.:)

That's what I wondered--if anyone had been able to do two sets of pictures and pay for the extra set. I just want one of dd by herself with Cinderella. I would think they would be willing to sell an extra set and charge maybe what they do at Tusker House or Chef Mickey's.

When I was there last December, I asked the the Disney photographer to take one of my daughter by herself for the package and to take one with me too so we could have it on photopass. I was told their photographer could only do what was in the package, but they would be happy to take one on my camera with both of us in it.

But I bet if you tell them you are willing to buy the second set, they will find a way. I wouldn't ask for 2 tables of 2, as it would be a lot harder to get than 1 table of 4. Did you consider asking for a table of 5 and just paying for the extra seat if needed to get the second set free? It might not be your best option, but keep it in mind as an alternative.......
