I avoided that by keeping the camera in Auto ISO and just adjusting the range... it's very easy to adjust it. When I did manually select ISO, it was with the dials and the green button instantly returns it to Auto ISO. But I did find myself sometimes with the wrong metering or whatever - mostly things that just need more time with the camera - it was still pretty new when I headed down, so next trip I expect to not make a single technical mistake. ...yeah, right.
Thanks - as for temps: when we left NY, it was in the 70s, and now it's been in the 50s or low 60s and windy and rainy... It's 46' at the moment. I'm ready to head back to Florida now.
