This is from my October trip. And unfortunately I found out in my February trip that they have taken these fireworks that launch from the waters edge out of the show. Hopefully it was just a temporary thing but both times I saw Illuminations on my recent trip those fireworks never fired.

So, that's a permanent thing?! The first time we noticed they were gone, we were hoping it was just a malfunction. Then the last 2 times we saw it, they still weren't firing those perimeter fireworks off. I feel like it leaves a HUGE hole in the show. Did you find out WHY?!

Bring back the perimeter fireworks!!!

I didn't ask, I just went about taking some more night time pics. The 2nd night, the wind was blowing hard enough that the shells from the finale were landing on the walkway. I'm surprised I didn't get hit, about 10 of them landed around me.
