I was at the boat dock at the Transportation and Ticket Center. I always go there the first night of my trip to watch the fireworks. I might have to try Poly beach one of these times.

I was at the boat dock at the Transportation and Ticket Center. I always go there the first night of my trip to watch the fireworks. I might have to try Poly beach one of these times.

I did the same thing our first night this past trip. I started at the Poly beach, but did not like the view from there. I don't have a photo, but it is not a nice clear view of the train station and castle. You view the castle from the side and the view is obstructed with trees. So, I ended up walking over the the TTC dock and it was a much better view for photos. If you just want to watch fireworks, I think the Poly beach would be a nice spot. Just not as nice for photos.

Been there done that (both): don't bother with the Poly Beach if you have already discovered the TTC...

(I have a great vid of Wishes from there except that about one minute from the end some AS****** looked right at me and stepped in front of my camera (in a space he was NOT supposed to enter.) I feel like posting under the title "A*****")
