Nice!

:)

Jud

Having had some of mine stolen and one even used for a book cover without permission, I can understand it no problem.

:)

Jud

Jud, how did you find out that one of your pics was used for a book cover?

I "save" pictures from this thread in a folder for my own enjoyment (there are many outstanding pictures posted here) I have never thought that I am stealing a pic, as it is posted on a public forum, Is there some etiquete in regards to this that I am unaware of? :confused3

The guy told me- like I was supposed to be honored? (I had specifically told him no.)

I save lots of pics from the net. For my own enjoyment. Have used two from Wensel with his permission in writing in a video- and with credit.

When I say stolen, I mean my pictures posted under another's name.

My only point in saying anything was that if someone chooses not share a picture, there is nothing to question about that.

Wow! Re the person using your photo for his book, isn't there something you can do? At least, you should be paid and credited for your picture.

I understand now what you mean about stealing :sad2:

I think there was once had a poster here on POTD that had "saved" someone else's picture then re-posted it as their own

Thanks, and thanks again!! :goodvibes I had my "big" lens on for this shot, a 75-300. Shot it at 165mm and then cropped it in even more as when I got home I thought it looked better. And BEAUTIFUL shot of the butterfly "tree"!!
