The horse doesn't look pizzed to me.... he looks exhausted! I hope they give him a double-helping of oats at the end of the day after hauling her butt around!
Nah, Gatordad.... you'd never give up $35 buck to ride thru a few loops in 30 minutes. $35 bucks could buy a couple of cases of beer. Beer trumps carriage ride, every time!!

I'm thinking it was quitting time and you were between the horse and the stables. My uncle had a horse like that. Darn thing wouldn't move any faster than a slow crawl until 5 pm. Then, no matter where she was, her ears would go up straight, tail up in the air and she was off full gallop to the barn. She left me on my butt more than once a mile from the barn.

Ok, moving on to another photo. Subsequent (sp) photos reveal that the boat's captain ran up on the beach, narrowly missing me, in an effort to finish what the carriage driver started
I think that might be water to add weight to the front of his trailer because of the swivelwheel on the back for the GC. It's probably not wide enough to cause turning issues since it's the corners of the trailer that are an issue when making very sharp turns or backing up.

You are correct. Thats why I am not over joyed with my swivel wheel because I dont like that barrel on the front. We wanted to make it look like a old wooden keg full of moonshine but we ran out of time.
Heck ....you should actually make it an old wooden keg full of moonshine, water and moonshine weigh the same oz per oz!!! Sure would make gas stops alot more fun!!
This loop is at the top of my list too. We have ended up here more times than any other loop. At check-in it is always nice to see 8 _ _ written on that map!!!
