Jud: I like this picture.. but I don't think the palm tree in the foreground fits.. Not your fault.. It just seems a weird place to put that tree??.. Also enjoying your morning at MK video.. just got to the part where you are talking with Jasmine.. I agree about the PP people. I wish they WOULD keep shooting while you are interacting with the charactors. Well back to the video. It takes a while to download so I let it get a little ahead and then watch what I can.. then do that all over again. So far - I'm really enjoying it and your narrative!

I like this pic too- but mainly cause the personally architecturally offensive "floating" parapet doesn't show as such so much... As for the palm tree... well I took the picture from Florida and used a really long lens- so that is local, no where near the castle!
You can take the "share" URL of the video and go to Keepvid.com and download it there and then watch it. I used to do that when I had slow connections...
You remember the cup from 73? Very cool!!! I was there in 73, but never even noticed the OB or anything...

I really wanted to do something that would give a shot of this resort a real beachy feel. I also wanted to make it look like it was a little closer to this beach than it actually is. It's not far away at all; but I think I "closed the gap" a little.

Glad you enjoyed it! Working in the next report now... first step is sorting and selecting images, and while I think the "Afternoon at Epcot" might be a bit less in story, I think it might be more in images. Got some great stuff with great lighting!

Thank you, Jud. I took 5 or 6 shoots at the time and meant to go back on that trip. When we went last year we all were still tired from the 13 hour overnight ride that we did half of Magic Kingdom and said "Next time". Going to hit everything this time. I have maybe four from Pooh on the good camera and the others are on the old one.
