Morning.....

POTD....
The story... For the 1st time we had to wait to check in @ the BCV. Finally, after 3 hrs. when the room was ready, we walked to the room, opened the door, to find the room "occupied" with stuff & things, computer, cloths, souveniers...etc.

Schleped back to the front desk to find that the "room should have been vacant 2 days ago" and the people hadn't checked out!!
WHAT??
We walked back to that room with the BC staff & security. Never did find out what happened to the stow aways but the staff started removing all items that were in the room. Was told that this does happen sometimes. Wait till those people get the bill..

Well...its 6PM now and the BC manager found us a room and gave us a $100.00 credit for a room service supper that night for our inconvenience. Here it is: shrimp gnocci, salmon and don't forget dessert!!

I'm glad to hear that the manager did something to compensate - but what a story!
