You've had your share of "weather" this year! Hope you didn't have any damage!

Haven't found any so far but it's hard to tell if the roof was damaged or not. Yes, we usually get a snow or two in May but this storm was a whopper!

Yes, but overall we get far lower snow totals here than the average big snows back east. We just get them more often

...sadly no. Three visits with 5 months, along with a virtual view of one location [thanks to my DS] and we still haven't pulled the trigger. This one is located in Clermont, not in Winter Gardens where we had been looking. We really loved this gated community, but it is a little out of the way for my DS to go to Chefs de France to work. They are eventually going to build a road that goes right from the main street of this location directly to Western Way and Avalon Road, but because it's 'Four Corners' where Osceola, Orange, Lake, and Polk counties meet, they [the counties] can't seem to get their sh*t together, so they are figuring it won't be ready till around 2025. So, my DS would have to go south on 27, east on 192, and then back north on Avalon Road to get to Epcot, which makes it about a 25-minute drive. That's his drive NOW, from the north part of Winter Gardens.
