After a 3 hour flight delay and a LOT of thunderstorm turbulence , DD and DGD finally made it to Boston last night for her visit to MIT this afternoon. She LOVES it...but it sure is a L-O-N-G way from home ...

Boston is a great town and if she does choose to go there you'll have a reason to see the beautiful coastline!

YES...do NOT want her so far away but what will be, will be and we'll certainly explore the area on visits. Cue "It's A Small World" too; DD got a text yesterday from HER college roommate. Her husband was transferred to Boston this past April! They're meeting "as we speak" and spending the rest of the day and evening together. Being a realist, I know there's a slim chance MIT will work out but if it's meant to be, it will happen. She had a good meeting with the soccer coach and camp is today and tomorrow so we'll see!

Back from church camp today; next stop...Las Vegas...and she's SUPER excited to ride in the limo with Aunt Mandy to her wedding! ☺
