Hello all! I just wanted to stop by and be sure to thank all of you for all of your wonderful compliments and well wishes!

As much as she's not saying it, my momma bear was one of the absolute BIGGEST reasons that everything went so well and all of my grandiose dreams were surpassed! She was the driving force behind... Well, pretty much behind everything! I'm sure after all the blood, sweat, and [hopefully few] tears she put in that she's extremely thankful I'm an only child!! I know I sure am, or else I'd have had to share mom and dad and all my only-child benefits! Haha!

But thanks again to everyone! I've known so many of you so long it's great to be able to share something like this with all of you!

What a gorgeous wedding. The photos are all beautiful. The bride looks gorgeous and the groom- well that picture with his best man had me crying. You can see the love and I wish them many many years of happiness.
To the bride- take a moment and write down WHY you married HIM and have him do the same. It's a great little pick me up when you are feeling stressed in the years to come. Remembering the WHY.

I feel like we watched Ashli grow up on the DIS. I remember her kissing a few frogs before she found her prince charming, too. It looks like it was a beautiful wedding, and she looks so happy.

Congratulations!! I absolutly LOVE the pillowcase dresses the little flower girls have on! Those are gorgeous!! Loved the color scheme as well.....beautiful wedding!!

Ashli, You are totally giving away how closely I've read the DIS over the years and how many DIS'ers have made it into our conversations at home!

LOL, so many times we've discussed threads, and posters, especially ones we've met over the dinner table. If I don't mention the DIS or a DIS'er in a while dd and dh have even been known to ask "Do how is everyone on the DIS lately?"

I do feel like these boards have enriched my life because I've met/talked with and made friends with people that I would probably have never been so lucky to meet otherwise.
