My family and I will be going on the Dream for the first time in November (we went on the Wonder in December 2014). This time my in-laws will be joining us. My MIL is SUPER picky. Pickier than my 4 and 8 year olds. She doesn't eat chicken or steak. She will eat fried scallops or flounder, a burnt (hockey puck) burger, spaghetti or meatloaf. Should I contact customer service before going to let them know? Or will she be accommodated in the dinner rotation restaurants? We didn't have a problem ordering from the menu when we went on the Wonder, so I'm not sure how "special requests" are handled? Thanks in advance.

If you had no problem when on the Wonder, you'll most likely be fine on the Dream. Menus are fairly similar.

I had no problems ordering what was on the menu. But most likely my mother in law will want something else like I mentioned.

Sorry, I interpreted "We didn't have a problem ordering from the menu when we went on the Wonder" as when you all were on the Wonder she, as well as you, were all able to find something to eat.

Have you checked the menus from the Dream? Here's a link to them:

If there are dietary restrictions, you could mention them on your reservation, and meet with the dining room personnel the first day to see what can be worked out.

They will accommodate her as much as possible.... the waiters will quickly learn her likes/dislikes and help her through the menu. I wouldnt alert CS before boarding because its not an allergy or medical reason. Im sure if it simply means over cooking a meal, or making an adult plate of a kids meal offering, they will do what they can to make her happy (Both Spaghetti and burgers were on the kids menus)

and there are options all over the ship, so she can look at menus, if that is a concern to her, and she will be able to find something.
