Picking which 5 reservations for AP holders for 8 days in early May?

Sat 4/30-Sat 5/7 (8 park days), I'm trying to figure out if I want to pick the first 5 park reservations or every day excluding the AK days, beginning with the 2nd day. I haven't been following, but I've heard there has been some sold out parks recently. But you'd hope there's quite a difference between spring break/Easter and early May as far as demand. I'm assuming that AK doesn't sell out, but I get there's some risk in not booking your 2nd day (1st full day). I think MK on Sat 4/30 and HS 5/4 are the only ones booked up. The hesitation in booking first 5 days is because I'm thinking about HS 5/5 (consolation for those who missed 5/4) and EP 5/6 ( a Friday, locals for Flower Garden). Any suggestions on how you pick your 5 for a longer stay?
