Picking up tickets

I bought my tickets on the phone while I was getting our transportation sorted. I didn't realize that I wouldn't get an e-copy of them (stupid me for not asking). I have the confirmation code from our "Package" indicating we purchased them - do we just pick them up at our resort when we arrive?
