Picking up Special Event Will Call Tickets

When I just purchased my DVC discount tix through Member Services, the rep stressed that the only 2 places that I can pick up my Will Call tix are at MK Ticket and Transportation Center Guest Relations or Downtown Disney Guest Relations. Is this accurate? Either one is not very convenient to get to, since MK busses drop you off at the main gate, not Ticket and Transportation Center. I am dreading the wasted time it will take to jump on multiple forms of transporation (bus/monorail/boat) to get these tickets!

Assume you are talking about MNSSHP or MVMCP tickets. If so, you should be able to get them at your WDW resort. I know that in past years, I've picked up those at the Guest Services Desk at the BWV. You do need photo ID and your DVC membership card to pick up the tickets.

If you are talking about the DVC-discounted annual passes, you can pick those up at any Guest Relations location. Those are located at all of the major parks and at Downtown Disney.

all of these special events are at MK so dont fret becuase you have to go there anyway!! There is a Guest Relations at MK so just go there and by pass the TTC. If you are looking at the turnstiles to get in Guest Relations is to the right.

I know this becuase I just did all of this last week for the PPP and it was no problem

I'm a pretty savvy WDW visitor/DVC owner, so I did ask about all of these options...

I was told that NO, these tix (MVMCP) could not be picked up at any resort.

Also, NO, they could not be picked up at MK front gate Guest Relations.

Could it be that I just had a Member Services rep who didn't quite know what they were talking about? Do they mess up sometimes?

We were just there in May and had tickets for P&P, which is a hard-ticket event, just like you're talking about. We were told Ticketing and Transportation Center and MK Guest Relations only.

However, when we went to MK, we found that the TTC ticket booths close at 5 PM when they have a hard-ticket event that night, so we picked up our tickets at MK Guest relations. MK Guest relations is easy and quick. It's just to the right of the right side of the security check, so you're going right past it anyway. You don't need a ticket to get to Guest Relations; it's outside the turnstiles.

We were also told that we could not pick the tickets up at our resort. Don't know if that's true or not, but MK Guest Relations is easier anyway.

I had been hoping that picking the tix up at MK Guest Relations (not TTC) would be an option. Thanks for the info.

We got our P&P Party tickets (DVC discount) at guest relations at MK last week.
