Picking PS times/places for breakfast?

I am trying to hammer out my breakfast plans and I am having a little trouble.

I want to have breakfast at 1900 Park Fare one morning. The choices are 1) go one morning before Epcot and show up at Epcot whenever OR 2) go on a Wednesday morning before our Family Magic Tour at 10 AM in MK.

If they won't take our Dining Plan for the Fantasmic Package then we will end up with an extra TS credit that would enable us to go to breakfast at Crystal Palace before the Family Magic Tour. Of course we could still do both breakfasts and just pay for one.

DH isn't a fan of big meals in the morning, so that's why I was thinking of a later Park Fare PS and more of a relaxed morning before Epcot, then DH will just have to grin & bear it at Crystal Palace at 8 AM on another day. Trying to schedule to go from GF over to MK in time to check in for the tour would really force us to eat pretty early if we do 1900 Park on the day of the tour.

I think I just answered my own question!

If anyone has any input, please feel free! The only big breakfast we have done in the past was Donald's at AK, which we really enjoyed!
