Picking Longhouse at Poly?

I found a great website about Poly and it described the Pros and Cons of all the longhouses. When we get there can we request a certain longhouse (if available) or will they just stick us anywhere?

did you check out Tikiman's site?? You can request a certain longhouse, even a certain floor, with a balcony, non-smoking, etc.

We went last year and I faxed my request for a Non-smoking 2nd or 3rd floor room with a balcony in either Tokelau or Tahiti. We had #3942 in Tokelau... facing the quiet pool. It was great.

Remember room requests are just that. They will try to fulfill your request. But nothing is guarateed and the area you want may be filled. They will not hold a room empty if it also meets the requests of someone else. Each longhouse has advantages, but some are requested more often and are therefore completely filled most often.
