Picking a Building!

Hi, I was wondering if it's possible to request a certain part of the hotel. I'm staying at the All Star Movie Resort and my group want a certain themed building to stay in. Is is possible to ask for this and when do you ask?

You can request a certain building, but Disney does not guarantee it. There are a few ways you can do this: 1. Call CRO and put the request on your reservation; 2. Fax the hotel directly four days prior to arrival; and 3. Request it when you check in.

Hi and welcome from me too!!! We have had great luck in our room requests. Just don't be too precise. Don't ask for a particular room or ask for...non-smoking, second floor, end of the walkway, in Toy Story, with a pool view. That's a no go for certain. But, put your requests in order of their importance. For me that's non-smoking and away from the action, so to speak. Good luck and happy planning!
