Pick up tickets at hotel?

All of our previous trips we've done a vacation package where tickets were included. Printing tickets at the hotel has been great, but if we purchased our tickets separate from our hotel, will we need to do it at a kiosk at the parks or can we still get them at the hotel?

thanks!

Like PP said, you should be able to pick them up at the hotel regardless, either from the ticket desk or the kiosk.

Picked up our paid in full APs at the HRH ticket concierge this month. Very quick. Note that it isn’t staffed in the evenings. I think they’re there 7 or 8am through 5 or 6pm.

The only way you would not be able to pick up a ticket is if you bought an annual pass and set it to a payment system.

If you did set it to a payment system, where can you pick it up? And will you need to do this first (before checking in) if you booked a room with an AP rate? Thanks!

You need to pick it up at the park at a ticket booth or guest services. You can show it later during your stay.

good gosh. I am reading this thread and realizing we booked everything for our trip at the end of December, including the Holiday Tour tickets, but we didn't buy our tickets for the parks! :scared: Need to get on that

Going at Christmas and the holiday crowds I understand wanting to have everything pre purchased. For those not going at the most crowded times, you can always wait and purchase tickets at the hotel, it’s not just for picking them up. Unless we know a price hike is coming before we visit, we wait and purchase our tickets when we get to the hotel.

Do all offsite partner hotels have an UO desk to pick up pre-ordered in full APs? If not is there a way to find out which ones? Was trying to find an easy way to pick up our APs before heading to the parks.

I don’t know where to find a handy list, but think part of the reason certain hotels are listed as partners is because they have the UO ticket desks. From my stays this year, I can confirm that Drury Inn and Rosen Inn Closest to Universal (yes, that really is the name of the hotel, not just a description) both have UO desks. I upgraded my seasonal AP to a preferred AP at the Rosen’s UO desk, and the agent definitely had access to the UO system to be able to process the upgrade and give me my new AP card.
