Pick up at HS?

Is it possible to pick someone up at the entrance to HS after Fantasmic? And if so, where and how does it work? Thanks in advance!

May make it easier if the person could take boat to Boardwalk and pick up there. The traffic to leave HS may be a bit much after Fantasmic.

We picked someone up at HS a couple of weeks ago. The pick-up area is by the taxi stand - it was in the Mickey Stage parking lot, I think row 38. The person being picked up needs to follow the walkway to the parking lot (keep directly right after exiting HS, walk past GR) until they get past the charter bus parking area. The pickup area will be on their left.
