3-4 night stay week after next. Pricing shaking out like:

$1100 for CR Garden wing
$1450 for Poly garden
$1575 Beach Club Club level
$1650 GF Club Level ( outer building)

Pick for me, please (and tell me why)

I agree with BC for the convenience of walking to Epcot as well as DHS. Of course if you will spend more time at MK then I'd go with CR.

Actually, OP... can you give a bit more info about purpose of the trip.... interests (F&W? MNSSHP?)... group size/ages.... park preferences? That influences my answer a bit.

But I will rule out one in my mind.. GF CL Outer Building. That really hasn't been a favorite spot in our CL travels. GF yes, outer building CL, no.

GF is our fav. But all are great choices. The place that gets us the longest stay is a win for us

I just returned from BC cl and I wasn't impressed. Enjoyed our poly trip last yr way more. Now if F&W is your main focus I would do BC for location ( actually BWI, but that wasn't one of your options).

We've stayed BC club level and regular and it's one of our faves. We've enjoyed Poly also but never stayed GF or CR. 2 adults only. 4 day trip. No park's really with exception of 11-5 or so one day at F&W. maybe will pop over to MK just to stroll around or try to rope drop AK to do FOP (I loved it a few weeks ago, husband hadn't seen any of Pandora yet). We plan to do 1 day F&W, 1 afternoon/evening Disney Springs. Want to hit up Trader Sams at Poly and do CA Grill brunch or maybe a CA Grill dinner. We've loved F&W for many years but last year just felt sort of "meh" about it. Planning on just a few hours there for booth tastings, some drinks and maybe a seminar. Possibility we'll want to go back another day if we love it again this year. Party for the Senses is our "thing" during F&W but none that early.

Mostly pool, dining and adult lounge focused.

I haven't stayed at beach club yet. It it is the place I'm most looking forward too

Based on what you said I would say Poly all the way, you are planning for a lot of resort time and to be in the resort loop anyway, I think it will have the best options for pools and to feel away from it all when you just want to relax. It also makes the majority of your transportation easy, walk to TTC for monorail to Epcot, Monorail to CR for brunch etc

We've only done Club and DVC so far at Poly. What buildings can standard garden view rooms be in?

I was leaning away from CL this trip to use the $ towards deluxe dining and because we'll have a car and can stop for beer/wine.

You're making a very strong case for a monorail resort.
CR still feels like the "value" choice, easy to get to MK, EPCOT and Poly, and, of course CA grill, but I think Poly and GF feel a bit more "magical". But an extra $350-$550 could make for a lot more lounge fun.

Totally agree and that's why I'm struggling with it. It's a good price and geez after 30 years and dozens of trips, we should try it but my heart has never pulled me to CR. Also don't like theno balcony thing. Where would we have best chance at a King bed? Do any MK resorts have more than others?

I just looked Touring Plans (so YMMV) and you should be able to get a Garden View with a King in Fiji, Rarotonga, Niue, Samoa. I would go for Samoa if you want to be close to a quiet pool or Rarotonga to be closest to transportation

WIth your plans I would suggest you skip Club level this time, book Deluxe dining and make some awesome dinner plans.

Yes, that's what I'm thinking. It's just when CL is only a few hundred $ difference, that I start thinking, well, why not?

Your plans are sort of sounding like CR or Poly would be good spots to me. Poly is really the best of both worlds given monorail access to other spots/restaurants, Trader Sam's, and walkability to TTC for Epcot. CR has those benefits too minus the walkability to TTC... the monorail switch to Epcot is a small pain coming/going having to switch, wait, etc.

You might as well try CR one of these days, right?

Agreed. It's the price difference. Not sure it's worth $350 extra for Poky for such a quick trip. If it was equal, it'd be Poly. I love the Oasis pool though!
