Which of these would you recommend & which would you avoid at all costs?

On your list, the only ones I've tried and didn't like were Cape May for dinner and Liberty Tree (I've only eaten dinner there, so I don't know if it's the same menu).

I prefer Donald's Safari Breakfast at AK over CRT. There are a lot of food choices (some different kinds of food) and you don't feel rushed. Lunch doesn't have characters!

I haven't tried any of the other places on your list.

I haven't eaten at all of the places on your list, but I voted for Le Cellier and Tusker House.

I really liked the Tusker House lunch, it was a nice break from the Animal Kingdom and the decor is pretty cool. The food was somewhat ethnically inspired, so there are some similar flavors to Boma dinner.

Le Cellier is just really yummy if you like steak. The filet mignon was good & I loved the mushroom risotto. The atmosphere to me isn't that great, but the food is yum.

Good luck w/ your choices.

My original vote would have been for Le Cellier, but they have changed the menu so much lately that they have eliminated some of our faves. I did wind up voting for 50's PT. We ate there last Dec. and had the best time, the food was great and the servers were so much fun. It is on our short list of places to eat at this year in Aug.

I voted for Cape May Cafe dinner because I've been to it a number of times and enjoyed it every time.

I also voted for Chefs de France because I intend to go there next trip. We're hoping to meet Remy. :)

Thanks to everyone who has commented and/or voted so far.

Honestly, all of those choices are good and none fall into the "avoid at all costs" category.

We love Liberty Tree Tavern. We ate their twice on last trip lunch and dinner!
That was when Minnie, Chip and Dale and Goofy. Where their now Since they aren't their its still good but I don't know if I would do dinner since they aren't thier anymore. I would do lunch though.

We like Rose and Crown did it on our lastr trip and doing Rose and Crown this Trip both times for dinner.

We have eatten at 50's Prime time cafe I liked it. We ate their last trip and will eat their again this trip.

We never had breakfast at CRT but have done the lunch. and doing lunch again.

Boma Bfast, I hear is good and are doing it this trip.

We've never done Cape May Cafe but we are this trip!

Good Luck!

i voted for liberty three tavern

i had there salmon sandwich and strawberry shortcake

it was so good

joyce

Good to see so many positive reviews for Liberty Tree Tavern. I have not been in years, so it's good to know it's still going well.

I've never been to Boma before, so I'm really looking forward to that one and am glad to see such good reviews.

Hmm. Not alot of votes for the Brown Derby, Akershus or Tokyo Dining. Should I skip these and choose others instead?

I would definitely skip Tokyo Dining. Both the sushi and tempura were not good, just this last December 2008.

Brown Derby was great in 2003. In fact, it was stellar. But when my sister and I went in December 2008, both of our entrees were not that good. My Ahi Tuna was way overcooked, and I actually mentioned to the server that I love the tuna rare. It came out well done, no where close to seared.

And my sister ordered the Noodle Bowl with Wok Fried Coconut Tofu at Brown Derby. The only thing in the bowl that tasted good was the tofu. Everything else tasted like a freezer meal where you might open a bag, pour it in a wok, and serve it for dinner. It was disappointing.

We had great meals at Coral Reef, Wolfgang Puck's Cafe, Jikos, and Citricos (in that order). I loved Ohanas, Boma, and 1900 Park Fare for breakfast (again in that order).

Hope this helps!
