Pick a house for us!!

or a recommendation...? There are soooo many Beautiful homes/communities, we just can't decide!!! www.orlandovillas.com www.vrbo.com www.allstarvacationhomes.com www.closesttodisney.com LOVE them all!! I think I've looked at every house!! Help!!

This is us:
Grandparents..need a bdr on a ground floor
Dh and I...get the kingsize room with the big tub (I'm doing all the work)(With your help!!)
Our two DB's, both 6yrs old, need own room
DB,DSIL, Dnephew (4yr) and DNce(who will be 8mos old at time of trip)

So we need a minimum of 5 bdr's, would like a pool, jacuzzi, barbque, DVD player, TV's in bdrs, prefer 3 mstr suites, not too far from WDW(no universal this trip), baby stuff, monitor and the like, pool lighting at night, a games room would be great, and are happy to look at 6 & 7 bdr's as well...

The way I see it, the more room we have, the better

If you have any experience/suggestions/recommendations, or would like to pm me... PLEASE do so... And we're going Jan22-23 or so for 8-10 nights...Thanks SO much!!

I was looking for a house for our upcoming trip and came across a site at www.rentalo.com. You submit your info and owners with availabilty will email you. You can also search the site as well. I had some good offers but ended up winning a 2 bedroom condo via Skyauction yesterday instead.

I did get a lot of offers, more then houses, but I did not specifiy what I wanted, just the dates.

When renting a house I like to know which one we will be in so prefer vrbo or rentalo. Some management companies will put you in what they have available and you may not know where you are staying until you arrive.

Check out the 5 and 6 bedroom homes at Florida Leisure. They have videos of the inside of each home and you pick the one you want. We've stayed one of their four bedroom homes and was very happy with it.

Sounds like it would give you some extra space too there is a loft lounge (den) too. Looks great to me! And no it isn't mine, if it was i wouldn't be renting it out for sure!!!!!! LOL

There is also another site called www.directvillas.com You can pick the ACTUAL house will rent and do a virtual tour. That way there are no surprises.

We also rented from Florida Leisure (12 of us) and were very happy with the house (5 bedroom). They told me what was available for our dates and I looked at pictures and video of the houses on their website. It's nice to know exactly what you're getting.

Rented from Orlandovillas.com last Summer and everything was perfect!!! I filled out a form and was e-mailed homes that fitted our requests with pictures. It was so nice and easy to forward everyone in our party the pictures so that they could help with the decision, and they all had several nit picky questions that I was able to get the answers to very quickly! Our house even had a Mickey topirary in the landscaping, LOL. We hope to get the same home again next year. (It wasn't as big as the one you need.) Good Luck!

Read the description!!..I fell in love with this house just from that. It's perfect for us!, so I booked the reservation before I even saw the actual pics that are there now (the previous pics were of the model home, as it was still being built). The second queen bed ensuite isn't shown on the site, but I have the pic of it if you want it.

Baby monitor??..it's part of the intercom/stereo system that is piped throughout the house!! woo-hoo!!

The owner of the house is awesome to deal with, very helpful with any and all questions that you may have.

It is a 6 bedroom house. The owner has been very easy to deal with.

I like to know exactly what house I am staying in. Some of the websites give you sample photos but not exactly the photo of the house you might get. Something to keep in mind!

I chose this location because of course it was a 6 bedroom, had swimming pool, great looking, and the owner took paypal. His deposit is only $150 and the remaining balance is not due until 30 days prior. He lets you make sporadic payments - which is extremely convenient via paypal (where you can use your credit card if you need to). I am pleased that I didn't have to give my credit card info to any one and Paypal payments are easy to track. His prices where a little bit pricier (than other Windsor Palms home), but his home looks absolutely beautiful. Most of the pictures I saw on other sites did not “impress” me. His home did. I read a review someone wrote on this board in September and was told that the owner was absolutely wonderful to work with, and felt the owner (although lives overseas) with to extra lengths to make sure they were 110% satisfied.

I plan to do a Trip Report. To be honest, i've already done my Pre-Trip report. I'm looking forward to adding info as the events happen. And yes, I will make sure that I give plenty of details about my stay in this house.

I promise I'll let you know which one we pick One thing I do know for sure, we're ending our trip with a few days at "home"...just DH, me, and the kids at Beach Club Villas!!
