Pick 6!!

My husband and I are taking a trip this summer and will be there for 6 nights. We're looking for a mix of atmospheres from super-romantic to outdoorsy/casual (luau-ish, for example). Saving the character dining for future trips with kids. Overwhelmed with the number of outstanding options! Is there any place that hosts a Sunday brunch? Ideally, we'd like to work in a lunch or two if it means we can get to visit another can't miss place. Any of the signature restaurants just as great for lunch as they are for dinner? The biggest thing, though, is taking advantage of this trip without kids - If it's borderline impossible to do with children, we'd like to get it done on this trip while we can! Thanks so much!

Might consider Le Cellier as well.

For the most romantic, Citrico's wouldn't be bad but I'd go for Narcoossee's and many up here like Blue Zoo at the "Swalphin"

If you want casual and like sports the ESPN Club is a quiet option on weekdays at lunch.Usually it doesn't have a lot of famillies on weekdays at lunch time.
We always do Crystal Palace for breakfast just to get a wee bit of character dinning.
Check the House of Blues in DTD Westside.I believe they may do a Sunday Brunch.The one in Vegas does.
If you have a car I suggest Emeril's at Universal for dinner.
