I have to agree with the 3 circles and others who feel that the
"Entertainment Company" is adding everything but...more "Live Entertainment".
In a household of 3 kids a spouse & myself there are: 3 computers, a laptop, 3 video game stations, 2 VCR's, 1 DVD, a Karaoke Machine, 3 portable TV's, a 36" & big screen TV.
It's hard enough here at home to keep my family from being glued to these devices/vices. Between the office, school & home work plus using them to entertain visiting guests & neighbors. It's enough to give you a migrane
The last thing I want is to go on a cruise or to a resort with my family and get more "canned" entertainment.

Lately it seems that no matter where we go locally or out of town entertainment has become a lipsync karaoke computer generated show. It seems no one can play an instrument or sing without some type of artificial background. Remember when a Solo Pianist or Duo with a Guitar Player stopped to clap along? There wasn't ten instruments still playing. Not only are we paying for this individually & monetarily, but also as a nation. (Like our education system) our ranking in music arts competition is low.
Children love & need to witness live performances. It makes their vacation much more memorable. With the chance to speak to a performer who may motivate them, not just in their career, but relaying the constant studies and drive that makes a person accomplish their goal. All this pre-recorded stuff on ships/resorts is cheap & lazy. As for the Cove Cafe comment. . .Ooh yeah, nice TV.
