Does anyone have a photo(s) of their cocktail apps that are displayed in cones or spoons? we are thinking of adding a "cone" to our menu but wanted to see how it looked. I am pretty sure I saw one hear or on Carries website, but cannot locate it! Thanks!

I haven't had the Spicy Ahi Tuna Cone, but I wanted to say - the soy pearls are awesome! We have them with our potstickers, and they are so cool!

I saw pictures of the tuna cone at the showcase this year during the seminar and it looked really good and looked pretty cool. I don't have any pictures of the soy pearls in particular but here is my dessert from HBD that has strawberry banana pearls so you can see what the pearls look like.

The cones are really pretty, It's making me reconsider using them. I originally thought they'd look very different.

Yum, Thai Basil Chicken with Mango sounds delicious, too bad my DF's family is not one for asian food. I swear all they eat are sandwiches and plain pasta, while my family loves international food adventures.
