omg i am shivering looking at those pics. how did you survive!!

looks beautiful but freezing

Wow! Thanks for posting! Were the rides open? Were there many people about?

What fabulous photos! Can't wait for a trippie - no pressure mind you!

Honestly - I was toasty warm! We had gone prepared with thermal 'underthings' :lmao: and layers of top clothes and they did the trick. The only thing that suffered was my chin - it has wind burn and is bright red and sore. I look like Bruce Forsyth after he fell asleep in a sunbed. :headache:

Whilst it snowed some rides were closed - things like Casey Jr, BTM, Indiana and Dumbo, but inside rides were all working and they opened the others once the snow stopped coming down.

Fab photos, I so want to go there when it snows:thumbsup2

Thanks for sharing:goodvibes

There is something magical about DLP in the snow during Christmas season.

Lovely photos :thumbsup2

As pretty as it looks I am glad we went last week. The disruption that the weather brings when you are travelling there and back in that sort of weather makes you wonder if it is all worth it. If it is only there for a day or 2 during your stay and the rest of the time it is gone and travelling is not affected then that is great. If you are trying to travel to or from DLP in that sort of weather then I'd rather stay at home. We were very lucky last week, considering the weather in the last month. I hope you enjoyed the parks. It does make it look fantastic but at what cost? The parks look deserted, how many employees turn up? What rides and parades can operate in those conditions? How much money does DLP lose on a day like that?

Global warming?:rotfl2::rotfl2:

Lovely photos!! :thumbsup2

I completely understand where you're coming from. When we stayed over Christmas a few years ago we had snow on our penultimate day which we were so excited over ~ we'd had a magical time and it was the icing on the cake. BUT the next day (which is never nice as you're clock-watching until the time to leave) really wasn't nice at all ~ the novelty of oohing and aahing over the snow had gone, it was slushy and slippery and we were very lucky to get home with the minimum of disruption.

I still think it's worth it to see the Disneyland park in the snow though ~ it really does show it off at its best. :cloud9:

The pictures are great and DLP in the snow looks nice .... from my warm office.

I´m a little bid afraid about our travel from January 04.

Not only the travelling, but it seems like you were completly alone in the park.

How busy was it there at this time.

:santa:

These photos are brilliant. And I agree you do look as though you were totally alone in th park
