Hi everyone, I have a quick question regarding PhotoPass. I'll be at Walt Disney World in May, then heading over to Disneyland 15 nights later on the Disney Magic for the first time in 19 years. Will my PhotoPass card from WDW work at DLR? I'm planning on purchasing the CD and would find it easier if all my photos were on 1 card as opposed to multiple.

TIA!

hmmm interesting question. I think you are unable to do that! I remember someone sayig something about that in a past thread! But dangermouse will most likely know!

DLR and WDW visitors have been able to "share" photopass CDs before when going inside a month, and I haven't read any un-success stories.

There's a Dis'er around who has identified his/herself as a former (I believe) photopass CM and they mentioned the price difference, that currently DLR's CD is 79.95 while WDW's is 124.95 (99.95 pre-purchase), but since your'e doing both, obviously paying even the 124.95 for a CD would be cheaper than buying both. (assuming you're doing the CD that is)

However, it won't work for the cruise pictures, they aren't connected to either of the resorts.

As long as it's all inside of a month, I personally have not read anything so far that indicates it won't work.

Oh, and you could check out stitchkingdom.com's photopass webpage, and even ask there (or find bradk around here), in case he has more recent knowledge. :)

In the early beginning of DLC photopass, we were having a bit of trouble viewing the photos at the theme parks, but would work just fine at home on the computer. They have resolved that problem now, and you should be able to buy your CD at the final park.

Bumber is correct, we have nothing to do with the cruise line. You'll have to buy those photo's seperatly. Although here at WDW with many families doing the Land and Sea Packages, many are disappointed that we are not on the cruise.

You can use your WDW photopass at DLC. It makes a good conversation starter. I know I always start conversations when I see a DLC card. I also tell ask one with DLC if they live over there, and if they are DLC-AP to go there for a day and add even more pictures to thier card, and then buy the CD there for half the cost.
