Photopass preregistration/preorder

I received a photopass card in the mail in order to preregister it for our upcoming trip in March. I had planned to pre-order to receive the discount. Can I preregister and pre-order?? Or will preregistering interfere with my being able to pre-order.

You can preregister your card if you want to, but you need to make sure you do the preorder before the first photo is taken. I never use the card they send in the mail. I don't want to mess with packing it. I find it easier to get one from the first photographer we come to. Also, if you preregister your card and log onto your account after you have a pic taken your 30 day editing clock starts. Also, make sure you take a picture of the card number or write it down in case you lose it. That way you can still access your photos. Here is the best site for all things photopass...

I'm a little unsure of the process too. Can I go at anytime prior to my trip to pre-order? We will be traveling in June but I've been trying to check things off my list to keep my finances straight.

At that time I will create an account but I shouldn't register my card until I'm ready to input all the cards due to the 30 day limit?

You should be able to purchase and register at anytime. I believe the clock doesn't start ticking until you first view your Photo Pass pictures.
The 30 day limit is extendable.
Also, remember you can upload your personal Disney pics for use in your projects. That has worked great for us for times and places where
"Mr. Non-photogenic", (number One Son), tanked the Photo Pass shots!
Call the outstanding Disney folks with the Photo Pass department if you have any questions. They have helped me a TON!

If you know you want the photopass, order right away as the price is going up both on the order and the preorder. Right now it is 99$ to preorder to use for any visit, as long as you have not had a picture taken yet.

You can pick a card up from any photographer you see in WDW. If you think you'll want to purchase 8 or so pictures of your vacation, consider pre-ordering the CD to save some money.
