PhotoPass Plus Preorder

Is there anyway to preorder photopass plus less than 14 days out even if I have pay a bit more than the extra discounted rate that is avaliable now. I logged on to order it tonight (we are 8 days from our trip). I didn't realize you had to preorder a certain number of days ahead of time. If that is the case I will just order the regular photopass as there doesn't seem to be an issue with ordering it any particluar amount of time prior to you trip.

They have to send you the voucher that you need to pick up the special photopass plus card at the parks.

If you just get the normal pre-order, you don't get the ride photos or the print packages. If those were important to you, the normal CD isn't going to do it for you.


Others will be able to answer if there's a way to get your special card (which is 100% necessary for the ride photos and print packages) without the voucher.

Yes, I understand the difference between the two packages. I knew you got a voucher to trade in, but I didn't realize they physically sent it to you. I assumed you could print it from email.

We typically get the normal photo pass. Since we are eating at Ohana, 1900 Park Faire, and Tusker House this trip, I thought I would give photopass plus a try. It looks like I don't have enough time for this trip. Those pictures aren't that important to me. We typically don't buy them (and I'm sure we won't this trip), but for the preorder price difference I thought I would give it a try.

I live in Michigan and I got my photopass in the mail within a week. It comes from Georgia. You might get it in time. I would do a search to see if anyone ever left their voucher at home if they were able to get the card at the world somehow to determine if you could get it if the voucher doesn't arrive in time.

I ordered mine in september on a saturday night two weeks before our trip in October. I got standard shipping I had it on thursday just outside of Memphis TN. The same week. You can always pay for faster shipping.

The best advice I can give you is call Photopass directly and ask them......you might be able to pre-order and they can overnight it, but they make a big deal of "making sure you're at least 14 days out". You might be able to purchase the photopass+ when you get there, but it probably won't be at the pre-order price.

We ordered our Photopass+ back with less than 14 days to go until our trip in August. I ordered on a Thursday and it came the following Tuesday. They used Express shipping through UPS.

We are going to WDW in 3 weeks and I think I want to try the Photo Pass Plus. However, I want to be sure it is worth the money.

We are not staying onsite but will be visiting all parks over a 4 day period.

We do not have any character meals planned, but will be doing the Candlelight Processional.

DH is NEVER in any pictures because he's always taking them! Was thinking this might be a fun way to document that he was actually on this trip - LOL!

How many photos can we expect to get just throughout the parks? Will we get prints, a DVD with all images, or both? Are they mailed to us after we get home?

Do you think it's worth it for us?
