Photopass missing Magic Shots

Have viewed my photopass photos online today and was disappointed to see two of the magic shots - one with stitch coming out of the ground and the other of tinkerbell in the children's hand have not come out. The photo's are there but the graphic is missing.

Fortunately on a different day we duplicated these shots at another park, but regardless of this I would still like the image inserted if possible as the photo's are quite different.

Has anyone else experienced this, and can they be added?

Yep, had that too. Oddly, with the same two shots. I reguarly stopped to check our PP pictures while there so we had them sorted before we came back. In fact, one of the CM's at Epcot camera centre picked up a missing magic shot that I didn't even notice.

Very common and very easy to resolve. You just need to press the contact us link on the PP website, select missing pictures and give them all the details. They will add them to your account for you.

I am wondering if I should bother with my missing shots (not magic) from MNSSHP

If they can add the missing image then you have another wonderful holiday photo! Although our shots are duplicated in other parks, different family members are posing for the shots so I'm quite keen to add stitch and tinkerbell to them.

SIL had only one magic shot in all our photopass photographs but sadly they did not fix before the deadline

I am sure they say somewhere on the website that if you have unresolved issues at the time of the deadline, they will extend it until they have rectified the problem. I could be wrong. I think it is amongst all the text on the help page. Which one did you not get?

We had the same, I emailed them and they managed to sort them all out, except for two photos that were missing

We got one extension and the photo was still not fixed. Then they disappeared and I had to push hard to get CRO to realise that it was their fault and get them reinstated.
We decided it was best to get all the other photos and SIL excepted her magic photo was gone.

Well their auto response email said I would hear from them within 1-2 days and 4 days later I'm still waiting.

Will give them a week and then send a reminder email. Will be really frustrated if they don't insert the missing images especially as I contacted them some 29 days before the expiry date.

I waited 6 days for a response. Apparently they have been really busy lately It may be related to all the parties. Not everyone using Photopass orders the CD - some just want photos and / or photo products, plus those with a party Photopass card get 40% off their prints so I can understand it being busier. I knew the ones I am missing would probably not be on the account. At the time the photographer had trouble scanning the card and issued me with another one. It was obvious that there was a hassle. I have decided not to bother. I forgot about it and only remembered a few days ago. You have plenty of time so you should be fine.

Received an email 6 days after sending mine that the missing magic shots had been corrected. But unfortunately Tinkerbell was still missing. So once again I emailed them and hey presto another 6 days later she is now in my daughters hand on the photo!

At least you got it sorted I eventually ordered my CD without bothering about my missing shots on the basis that I was fed up with a slow site and 2000 pictures later, figured I wouldn't miss them. Are you ready to order your CD now?
